Introduction Is Ther Really A War Goiong On In Our Body 24/7 ? My answer to this question is a positive: Yes! Here are the facts as I see them: 1. We live on a planet that at one time was solely inhabited by harmful parasites, bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens. The planet had an extremely low oxygen level, which suited all of them very well. 4. The concern is that the harmful parasites, bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens do not like us invading their space. So they take every opportunity to run us out. 5. The other concern is the fact that we cannot see them with the naked eye. A virus is only 1/2 micro in diameter. The tiny dot mark made by a sharp pencil on a piece of white paper is 10 microns in diameter. 6. These creatures are everywhere - in the soil, in the water, in the air and our main form of protection from them is to maintain a high oxygen environment inside and on our body. They hate oxygen.

Is it possible the war going on in our body is sustained by our addiction to simple sugars and the carbohydrates in processed foods? |

Perhaps this is not my best choice of words; however, this struggle goes on constantly. Why do I feel this is true? Unlike the current thinking in the medical profession, I do not believe our mindbody has any similarities to a machine. I agree that we can make machines that imitate our bodies (robots) very well; however, they will never approach the sophistication or complexity of the human body. Our bodies are dynamic, constantly improving (growing stronger) or growing weaker. Only machines are static. A machine is still a machine, no mater its age.
Given these facts, it is fairly easy to understand why there is a war constantly being carried out in our body. When we are coping with contaminated water, a contaminated food supply, and contaminated air (that may be lacking in oxygen due to pollution), and still expecting our body to grow stronger, it makes sense to me that we support the mindbody as best we can by providing everything we can that will help to support it. When the mindbody is coping with colds, contagious disease, infection or chronic disease, or with addiction of any type, this war becomes even more intense. Fortunately, there are several steps we can implement on a daily basis to help strengthen our mindbody. My experience has shown that we can: I suggest one of two options you can use to raise the oxygen level in your colon. One is an enema (2 to 4 oz’s. of 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide to a quart of clean water) per application or colon hydrotherapy with 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) added to the clean (distilled) water you use in the colonic (add 8 ounces of the 3% food grade H2O2 to 5 gallons of the distilled water). The other is to drink clean (distilled) water containing H2O2. Either way, this practice can help to raise the oxygen level in your body and help to restore some of the natural balance in your colon. Addictions are also a major part of this war within they can contribute to a low oxygen environment. Why? When a person becomes addicted to a particular substance and it is toxic to the body, it is going to have a negative impact on the oxygen level of the body. As a practicing cognitive psychotherapist, I have successfully handled enough cases of addiction to realize just how powerful this concern can be. I do not believe it matters whether a substance is legal or illegal; the negative effect it can have on the mindbody is detrimental. When you ingest a substance that is toxic, it (the mindbody) will do everything it can to either neutralize the toxin or enclose it in a globule of fat and store it somewhere. In addition, when the intake of toxins reaches a level of saturation, the mindbody may be unable to cope with it, this in turn, can create a low oxygen environment in the colon that is friendly to parasites and other pathogens. Unfriendly bacteria require a low oxygen environment in order to survive. When they are provided with this low oxygen environment, it can be conducive to a significant increase in the number of colonies developing in the body. As their numbers increase, it is also possible for them to increase their level of control over the mindbody. All of this is happening at a relatively slow pace, and it is possible that this person does not have any idea of what is really going on or that it is all related. The various products being used are doing a good job of hiding the conditions. Over time, these concerns can become symptoms that are commonly classed as symptoms of "old age". How? When candida becomes systemic (going into the liver and the blood stream), it can be responsible for even more serious health concerns. This has also been my personal experience; however, I do not feel comfortable in listing these concerns because this action could be misconstrued as my making diagnoses. (Since I'm not a medical doctor, I could be in trouble with the authorities for attempting to pose as a medical doctor.) Here is the connection as I see it today; there is a cycle of reactions triggered by an increasingly excessive amount of salt, sugar, fats, and carbohydrates in the diet. The high salt and sugar intake creates an overload on the liver. It is unable to keep up the pace in neutralizing the toxins being created by this diet. This produces a low oxygen environment in the digestive track and makes it possible for over production of parasites. Toxins produced by the waste (fecal matter) from the parasites increase to a point where the body is unable to effectively dispose of the waste. This build up of toxins at first, may show up as a skin rash or joint discomfort, or a digestive concern. Treatment of these concerns with various OTC products effectively masks the symptoms and the cycle is free to repeat itself. How does this happen? Here is an example: If you are wondering why I never visited a doctor to learn what to do about this concern - I did. He told me as long as the OTC medication helped, there was nothing to worry about. Was he in the wrong? No. This is the technique they (some doctors) use daily. I have known several doctors who, I felt over medicated themselves just to keep up with their workload. The knowledge I have gained in my studies and in doing this work has enabled me to clear up almost all the conditions I have been coping with that were the result of my candida infestation (my addiction to sugar). Eczema on my legs, athletes foot, leg cramps, stiff neck, aches and pains in my legs and in the small of my back, edema in my ankles, hypertension, enlarged prostrate gland, sinus congestion, etc. My experience with sinus congestion stands out in particular; I took OTC medication almost daily for over twenty years just so I could breathe. Why? BecauseI believed the advertising claims that milk and ice cream were actually beneficial to my health. I drank milk and ate ice cream almost every day. When I learned of the mucus forming qualities these unnatural dairy products could have on my system, I was able to over come this addiction. My sinuses cleared up almost overnight. Suddenly, I could breath through both nostrils - and with no medication. Where does this all start? Bill: What you are describing to me is very similar to concerns I have had in the past. There are several things I can suggest. First is to make some changes in your diet; then you may want to consider some psychotherapy to get an understanding of the emotional connection to the addictions. Last, but not least, I would suggest you consider adding something like “high enemas” or colon hydrotherapy that will help improve your colon health. When done properly, it can be very effective in helping a person who is coping with similar concerns. John: Yes, I know I need to look at the diet thing. It's probably true I could use some therapy, but all of my concerns are in my upper body, my head, my sinus passages, and my shoulders. Aren't you starting on the wrong end? You're saying that working on my colon, is going to help me. That doesn't make any sense to me. This may take a few minutes to explain, so please bear with me, as I do not want to leave out any details that may be important to helping you understand where I am coming from. Are you still with me John? Bill: Western medicine has chosen to bse its understanding of the human body on Newtonian (mechanical physics (1687). They believe that parts of the body wear out and must be replaced or treated "proper medication". They also believe they can alter as offending organ and bring it back into service. Simply stated; "One sympton, one cure". The cure will be delivered by medication and /or invasive techniques (surgery). This approach ignores the fact that the mindbody is actually one. It also totally disregards the energy aspect of the mindbody. When we view the mindbody as a whole and as energy driven (with each cell vibrating); ur perceoptin of the mindbody shifts. We are ableo to understand and acceptthe fact that when any one part of the mind body is out of balance, the whole mondbody is affected. This view of the mindbody is consistent tiwht the development of Quantum physics (1924). Quantum physics has proven scientifically that the mindbody is energy and all the workings of the mindbody are based on a complementary pattern of energy flow when the mindbody is in balance. When a person is out of balance, as in the case with your concerns; restoring balance tothese arees may require you to make some changes in your diet. By combining the new diet with psychotherapy to removenegative energy blocks, you can brind yourself back into balance. Using enema's or colon hydrotherapy may help to speed up the process and is a practical way to help raise the oxygen level in your large inststine. |

(An interesting note that is not common knowledge to the average person is the fact that all the segments of this organ start out in the embryo as a single cell; as the fetus develops, this single cell divides and multiplies millions of times, knowing exactly when to alter its structure to accommodate the needs of each particular section of the gastrointestinal tract.) |

| It’s also true that there are almost as many neurons (brain cells)in the visceral area (the trunk) as there are in the brain. Improving circulation in this area of the body is what is needed to help increase the speed of your recovery. The simplest and most effective way is to use colon hydrotherapy. When performed properly and at the proper intervals, it produces superior results. By stimulating these points, circulation can be restored and energy flow will increase. When energy flow is increased, the discomfort you feel may dissipate. There is no way one can judge how much therapy you will require to eliminate this concern. A lot will depend on how long you've been tolerating these conditions. |

One more point; all of these techniques are based on the concept of energy flow; so there is no need for any form of chemical stimulation (medicine) and no side effects. The other school of thought hypothesized that when man was able to identify the smallest part of the creature he was working with (they termed it "an atom") then he would be able to learn how to repair and/or replace the individual part that was damaged (later to be known as Newtonian physics). |

There are two practical and effective positions that can be used with this therapy - The Simms position or the knee position. With the Simms position, you lie on your left side with your right shoulder leaning forward. Extend your left leg out and flex your right leg towards your chest. The purpose of using this position is to put the descending colon below the rectum and the ascending colon almost level with the rectum. This way, the water will be able to flow through the entire colon to the cecum. The height of the enema bag should be between 24 and 36 inches above the body. This will give you 1 to 1½ psi (pounds per square inch) of pressure. |

| With the kneeing position, you can achieve a much more through enema as the rectum is above the entire colon and water always flows downward. A word of caution in using this position; it is not the most advantageous positron to use if you’re not in the habit of taking an enema. Using the knee position enables you to reach the entire colon and when there is a large amount of toxic matter in your colon, it may trigger a serious de-toxing effect on your body. I would encourage anyone who has not had experience with the enema or colonic and is just starting out to use the Simms position at first. Once you become familiar with the procedure and its effects; then you can use the knee position. (I sometimes use the knee position with my colonic and I find it very effective). |

Again, the water bottle should be high enough to insure at least 1 pound of pressure. Keeping the bag high also helps to keep any fecal matter from entering the bottom of the enema bag. |

The colonic works on the same principal as the enema; however the equipment is a little more involved. Here is a diagram of the set-up. You will need a filtered hot water supply and at least two five-gallon storage tanks for use with the colonic procedure (it takes about eight gallons of water to do a good colonic when using H2O2). You can add 4 to 8 ounces of 3% food grade H2O2 to each five gallons of water. The shower provides the easiest access to hot water (Note: Be sure to check the water before each use to insure the proper temperature). |

I strongly encourage you to filter the tap water as the chlorine present in the tap water will destroy the oxygen. I suggest a crystal shower filter. They work much better than carbon (charcoal) filters. This procedure can be used once or twice a week. There are also colonic systems available that can be built right into the bathroom. This is the ultimate set-up as these units are totally computer controlled; ensuring the proper water temperature and pressure. John: Thank you. Bill: If I may, there is one more consideration I wish to mention before we close and that is the importance of some supplements you can add to your diet. John: OK Bill: They are Vitamin "C" and acidophilus. These are two supplements that cam help to strengthen your digestive system when used properly. As with the other suggestions, each of us respond differently to these supplements. For that reason, it is important experiment a little with them to learn howyour body will react when adding them toyour diet. John: Give me some idea of what to watch for... Bill: With the Vitamin C, pay attention to your bowl movements (how frequent), and how loose. If or when a loose stool develops, it may be time to reduce the amount of vitamin C you are ingesting. John: OK, I got that. Now what about this acidophilus? I don't think I have ever heard of that before. Bill: Acidophilus is a probiotic that will help to balnce the colon and improve digestion. it may be taken the first thing in the morning (before food) and then wait at least thirty minutes before eating breakfast. John: I have a request, Bill. Bill: I am listening, what is your request? John: Can you add that information along with the other papers you are going to send to me? Bill: I will be happy to do that John. John: Thank you, you have been a great help to me and I am looking forward to getting started on the program. John followed up our conversation by thoroughly learning what is involved in colon irrigation He has completed the questionnaire and returned it to me. We have had two sessions over the phone and he is experiencing improvement with his concerns. Enemas or colonic’s can be dangerous and even fatal when unsanitary or improperly prepared equipment is used or when a person, improperly trained, is providing this service. This procedure is not difficult to perform; however, it does take some training and an understanding of the physiology of the lower G. I. Track. If you have any questions, please talk to your health care provider. I think the buddy system is the safest approach as I have always found that two minds are better than one when they have the same goal. Should you choose to do enemas or colonic's as a result of reading this material, I strongly encourage you to ensure that you have had the proper training before attempting to practice this procedure at home. Make an appointment with a colon therapist or health crare provider who is knowledgeable with this procedure. Even better, find one who will add 3% food grade H2O2 to the clean (distilled ) water used for the colonic. This will grealy improve the quality of the therapy for you.
