By now you know that my total hip replacement has been considered a complete success. I strongly believe that my increased dosage of the various products, Co-Enzyme Q-10, Acidophilus, an Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA), was largely responsible for my rapid progress in healing.

I went into the hospital Monday, June 10th for my hip replacement, and I was released from the hospital Thursday, June 13th. In fact, I could have been released Wednesday. Prior to the operation, I had donated three units of blood; however, the doctor did not use any of my blood either during or after the operation. In fact, each week that I gave blood before the operation, the nurses in the blood bank were amazed that my red blood count remained almost unchanged.

During my short stay in the hospital, I found that I needed very little pain medication. I am convinced that increasing my use of Co-Enzyme Q-10 and Probiotics led to my positive response to such a major surgery.

Please encourage anyone going in for surgery to prepare in advance by increasing their Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA),. Almost all the nurses in the hospital were asking me about the Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA), that they saw me taking each day.
