I've been looking for the same thing for the last twenty-five or thirty years. Guess what? There aren't any.
This is not an attempt on my part to be sarcastic. This is my way of being honest with you because I've seen the payoff for people trying to get quick results. How many high profile sports figures have you heard of who have died trying to find a short cut to increased strength and better performance? They have tried them all; drugs, steroids, and herbs. Just about all of them have had the same result. Either they have ruined their health, or worse, they have died from some type of organ failure. What you don't hear is the fact that there are many more causalities because most of these are people are not considered news worthy. They haven't reached stardom yet. When a person takes some time to become knowledgeable concerning the workings of the human body, it becomes obvious that trying to accomplish such a feat with some short cut developed in a laboratory is a bit ridiculous. I'm sure there will always be someone in a white coat developing the next great fixer that promises youth in a capsule or a powder. Their magic formula may even work for a while, but at what cost? Do they tell you the fact that it may damage some critical organ in your body without warning? Some of these products are even getting on the market today without any studies being done on them because they are so called "natural" products. My suggestion is to use some common sense and realize that you can have the health you wish when you are willing to provide your body the nutrients and the work it needs to do the healing. This is so important in development and change. Example: I never knew I could complete the run up Pikes Peak until I trained for it and then ran it. I did this well after I'd past my 50th birthday. My best time out of eight runs over ten years was 3:52:30, my slowest was 4:20:45. That is 14.2 miles up with a 7000+ foot elevation gain. When you're ready to reach for good health and emotional freedom, you'll also want information on products like Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA), Co-Enzyme Q-10, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Food Enzymes, Acidophilus, Chia Seeds, and Coconut Oil .
