My Mission Statement

First, I'd like to say this; "I talk the talk, I walk the walk". I live by what I preach with regards to nutrition, exercise, drinking clean water, deep breathing, and emotional exercise. What has been my reward for being willing to change? Today, my life is full. It is a life filled with a positive experience of joy and happiness. You may be asking; "What does this mean?

For starters, at 85 years of age, I am expanding my business. Iam in good health. No chronic aches or pains. I am no longer bothered by any of the events that did not prove to be successful in the past. I am at peace with myself and who I am. I have given up judging others and I am willing to accept them and love them just as they are today. Do I still get frustrated or upset when something does not go just right? Oh yes; however, I do not dwell on it as I did in the past. Today, life is fun for me.

My goal with this web site, as a psychotherapist, is to share the knowledge and understanding I have gained, with respect to the importance of the immune system, circulation, digestion, regularity, physiology, psychology, and emotional health in regaining my balance (health), both physically and emotionally. By emotionally, I mean to be able to understand and accept the concept that: "Perception Controls Behavior". Much of my life was devoted to proving I was a logical being. Now I understand and accept the fact that this is a childish notion that has nothing to do with the truth.

During the time I have been on this quest, and I have chosen to do it without very much help from the medical profession**. On these pages you will be able to learn of the practices and products I have used in healing and read the story of my success. I also share the stories of some of the people Ihave worked with during the past several years.* Due to the success of this work, I have developed an Anti-Aging therapy program that I believe has tremendous merit. Of course, only time will tell; however, it is working for me now, and I feel that is what is important.

**It is not my intent to put down/discredit the medical profession as a whole. I personally know doctors who are dedicated to their profession and take their work seriously. I also know there is a lot of pressure on them from corporations whose primary interest is profit. These are the people I have little use for when it comes to personal health and well-being. In this work, I have discovered there may be many simple (an inexpensive) ways to insure a life of reasonably good health and well-being with-out the attention of these profit oriented corporations. My goal is to use this web site to share this information with as many people as possible so they will have a choice. If you choose to follow other paths towards good health, I wish you all the good fortunate in the world. For myself and for the people I have worked with (many of whom were told by their doctors they would just have to learn to live with their condition), these pages offer an alternative.
