In this group of people, high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) has the ability to completely disrupt the body’s natural ability to tell when it is satisfied and should stop eating – which ultimately leads to weight gain and obesity.

How can you tell if you fall into this class?

Check the labels on all the processed food products you have in your kitchen. If your favorites are processed foods containing HFCS, and you are having concerns with weight gain, there is a good chance the HFCS in these foods is contributing to your concern. In other words, you may be extremely sensitive to HFCS and may have become addicted to it.
