Smoothie Supreme

One cup of clean water (8 ounces)

1/4 cup organic apple juice (2 ounces)

6 to 8 fresh medium strawberries,

or an apple, chopped up and/or

1 or 2 ripe bananas

1/2 cup Chia Seed Gel

1 or 2 tablespoons of E-3 Live Powder or E-3 Live liquid AFA Algae

and/or 1 scoop of Green Alchemy

1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon (or to taste, it's high in vitamin C)

Place in blender and mix thoroughly. Enjoy!!!
