Anger management using EFT works

What is the most effective and least expensive treatment for asthma, allergies, or lupus? The answer is clean (distilled) water. Now before you throw up your hands and hit the "bye" button, let me explain why I believe what I am saying has validity.

Asthma, allergies and lupus each focus on the drought management programs of the body because an allergy is a sign of dehydration. When this happens, the body goes into a conservation of resources.

Histamine is a main neurotransmitter in charge of water regulation in the body. Histamine is the element that everyone takes antihistamine for, and histamine is the good guy. It is doing what it was intended to do. It is regulating the available water in the body according to very strict rules. When you provide the body with the water the histamine is seeking, the water acts as an antihistamine itself. In other words, histamine is no longer concerned with dehydration.

Histamine has another role in the body and that is the management of the immune system. In dehydration, histamine suppresses its own activity on the immune system; otherwise, dehydration would constantly flare up the immune system. With allergies, because the body is short of water and histamine is acting in drought management, the immune system is shut down and antibodies are not being produced. The antibodies are the good guys that defend the frontiers of the body. The lungs, eyes, ears, and nose are part of this frontier. Another way of saying this is this; the lungs, eyes, ears, and nose are part of the external environment. If offending pollen, which is a protein, reaches this tissue, it will enter into the circulatory system. In doing so, it can cause damage. Normally, antibody good guys would be there to neutralize the offending pollen, but in dehydration, antibody good guys are not active. There are not being activated by the body. The only alternative for the body is to wash these particles away. This is what you are calling an allergic reaction. Your eyes begin to water and it washes the pollen out of your eyes. Your nose begins to water and it washes the pollen out of your nose. You start getting short of breath because your body does not want the pollen to reach the lung tissue. When you hydrate the body well, antibody good guys return to duty and these reactions will disappear.

When I first read these words, I was amazed at the simplicity of the explanation offered by a man who has been studying this subject for twenty years. His name is F. I put up with allergies for years. I used to give allergy shots to two of my children. All our allergies seemed to go away after awhile and we had no understanding of why this happened at the time (this was in the late 50’s). Now I know why they got better. We bought a water conditioner. The water had a much better taste. We started drinking more water. Today, we only drink distilled water.

Because of the increasing amount of pollution of the water in this country today, we drink distilled water containing 7.5ml of 3% food grade H2O2 per gallon (this makes a concentration of .006% H2O2). It taste better and is cleaner than the water was from the water conditioner.
