After a routine trip to the veterinarian, I was informed that my four-legged friend was overweight by more than a few pounds!
Up until this time I had just kept his food bowl filled, allowing him to ear freely. As I began monitoring "Spirits" eating habits I realized that this delightful creature was indeed overeating. When I tried to restrict his intake of dry food to one half cup a day, he protested loudly. About this same time I'd been reading about the lack of minerals and other nutrients in our food supply due to depleted soils.
I began to pay more attention to my own eating habits and noticed I too was hungry after a regular meal. My pet was reflecting my own situation.
I shared my concerns with Bill Cooper and he suggested I try feeding the AFA to Spirit. At this point, I was willing to feed the algae to my cat, but not yet ready to try it myself! I mixed about one tablespoon of moist cat food with a quarter teaspoon of AFA and gave it to Spirit. He ate every bit of it. By the third day of receiving the cat food with the algae mixed with some dry food, he was so energized that he didn't seem to know what to do with himself. I cut back on the AFA to three times a week.
Now that he has become familiar with the AFA and I've found the right combination, I just sprinkle it on his food. His intake of dry food remains less than one cup per day and his weight has come down. His eating habits are more relaxed and he seems more content.
Footnote: I finally started on the AFA. The first day I took two capsules and that evening it felt life every cell in my body was vibrating! It was a positive experience, one that supported me in knowing my body was indeed "waking up" to a healthier way of being. I'm learning how powerful healing can be.
I have added the Enzymes and Acidophilus into my daily regime also and these have served to improve my digestion of foods tremendously. So now I too am more relaxed and content. Thanks to Bill for his patience and caring attitude.
